I just finished reading the book Kingdom Keepers II: Disney At Dawn by Ridley Pearson.. On many nights, when the Kingdom Keepers, or DHIs, would go to sleep they would appear in the Disney Parks, but they weren’t dreaming – they were really there. Finn, Philby, Willa, Charlene, and Maybeck have to stop the Overtakers from taking over the parks. It was supposed DHI Day at the Magic Kingdom celebrating the return of the DHIs (Kingdom Keepers) when a lightning storm came and Finn sees his old friend Amanda and her sister Jez during the parade. Jez is missing, and they believe the overtakers have something to do with it. They go around the parks trying to find Jez and stop the overtakers but if they fall asleep they could end up in “Sleeping Beauty Syndrome” and never wake up. I think this book is really good, and you should read it if you’ve ever wondered what happens if a Disney Park after everyone has left and the gates are closed. 🙂
